Presenters Bio: Lauren Garder is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a decade of experience in mental health and victim services. The focus of Lauren’s career has been chronic trauma and victimization. Lauren has worked at across the spectrum of services from hotlines to therapy to working in administration for the ODMHSAS overseeing trauma services and outpatient treatment for suicidality across the State. Lauren is now “back in the chair” in private practice in Oklahoma City providing therapy, expert witness, and consulting in her areas of expertise.

Workshop Description:This training is intended for those that attended a previous 101 simulation trainings on “Identifying and Responding to Survivors of Human Trafficking” that occurred in  2024 and 2025  as a part 2 deeper dive into the topic. Please only enroll in 1 of these training dates- these are repeat training courses. You may enroll in this training if you did not attend a 101 session. Please note, however, this is not a foundational course, and some content will continue from the previous session.
