Refund Policy
Up to one week before the conference – a person canceling his registration will receive a full refund after a handling fee deduction of $3.
From one week and on before the conference – no refund will be given, except in special cases that are approved by the Institute’s executive director.
For CEUs – the credit will be saved for the next submission.
Requests should be submitted in writing to the following email address: estherstafford@ou.edu under the heading – Payment Refund, and must include the receipt number and reason for cancelation.
