Participants will gain an understanding of how youth respond to trauma, what problematic behaviors can mean, and how professionals can respond in a safe and supportive way, including de-escalation techniques.
Cassie Holmes, MHR, LPC

Cassie Holmes has a wide range of clinical experience working with children, teens, and adults in various inpatient and outpatient settings addressing issues such as depression, anxiety, family conflict, addiction, and trauma. Her counseling style is empathic and collaborative. Cassie’s therapeutic approach is eclectic and combines various components of cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, client-centered, and other trauma-informed modalities.
