Workshop description:

FLIP IT® is a strategy that offers a simple, kind, strength-based, commonsense and effective four step process to address children’s day to day challenging behavior and to teach them self-control. The goal of FLIP IT® is to help you, as a professional or caregiver, to respond positively to everyday challenges in children ages 3-8.

Presenter’s bio:

Nicolle Moore, LMFT, IMH-E has been working with children and their families for over 20 years in various service sectors.  She is a collaborative mental health professional with a diverse history of clinical services, prevention and education, advocacy, outreach, and systems expansion. Her focus in Oklahoma has been on building early relational collaboration efforts, trauma informed and culturally responsive services, as well as use of a systems approach to understanding and serving young children and their families in the communities where they live. She currently works as the VP of Early Childhood Initiatives at the Parent Child Center of Tulsa, where she leads the HealthySteps program and IECMHC.
