Avital Kaye Tzadok, MSW, PhD; Gloria Miller, MSW; and Timantha Norman
Avital Kaye-Tzadok is currently a Haruv USA Director and a visiting scholar at OU. She is a social worker (BSW, MSW, Ph.D.) with sixteen years of direct practice experience with marginalized populations, mainly at-risk adolescent girls and young women in Israel. She is also a social work lecturer, a certified supervisor, and a group facilitator.
Gloria Miller holds a Master’s degree from the Anne and Henry Zarrow School of Social Work at the University of Oklahoma. She is the CEO of GLMiller, LLC, where she partners with businesses and agencies to adopt a strengths-based prospective in management. She also facilitates social simulations centered around social justice topics for Haruv-USA at OU-Tulsa and serves as community faculty for the school of social work.
Timantha Norman is a former educator, writer, editor, researcher, and policy advocate. She seeks to utilize the power of truth-telling in written form to engage with untold histories and unnamed realities in an effort to drive dialogue and illuminate possibilities. Additionally, she is interested in exploring the intersections of law and public policy towards facilitating sustainable movement building and transformative community empowerment.
