Workshop Description: this training equips clinical and program staff with a trauma-informed framework for supporting caregivers as they navigate children’s survival-based behaviors. Participants will learn how trauma impacts behavior, how to reframe challenging responses as adaptive survival strategies, and how to coach caregivers in responding with safety, regulation, and connection rather than punishment.
